Conference Hotel

Leukemia 2008 will be held at the Hilton Americas-Houston September 25 – 27, 2008. Connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Hilton Americas-Houston is the largest convention hotel in Houston. The Hilton is located 30 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport and 15 minutes from Hobby Airport. The Hilton has three restaurants (Skyline Bar and Grill, Spencer's for Steaks and Chops, the Café), a Lobby Bar, Java Coast Coffee emporium and the Skyline Spa & Health Club. Plus they offer retail shops, valet service, 24-hour room service, full-service business center, concierge service, valet parking, an outdoor lap pool with whirlpool and a full service Fitness Center equipped with lockers, dry sauna and steam room. The Hilton has a 4-star AAA Diamond Rating, well-appointed guestrooms and a reputation for high-quality service. Guestrooms have either one King or Two Double Beds, a chair with ottoman, a large work desk, wireless access, high speed Internet, two phones (1 cordless) each with two lines, dataport, voicemail, in-room safe, refreshment center, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

Reservation Information

A block of rooms has been reserved for Leukemia 2008 at the reserved price of $155.00 per night (plus taxes/fees). This block will be held until September 3, 2008 at which time, rooms will be charged at the going rate (currently $394 for a double). It is highly recommend that our attendees book their rooms at the Hilton Americas-Houston as all conference activities and sessions will be held within the hotel, providing you with the utmost convenience and ease. Hotel room reservations are being handled directly with the Hilton Americas-Houston. Please note, you must register for the conference prior to making a hotel reservation.
