Submit Manuscript
As a complement to Leukemia 2008, a Post-Meeting Journal Supplement will be submitted to CANCER. This provides the participating Faculty with an opportunity to present their work to a global audience through publication in a peer-reviewed journal. With this in mind, each faculty member is required to complete a manuscript, limited to 6,000 words, due September 15, 2008.
The medical education partner for Leukemia 2008, JWC COVENANT, is the official liaison with the CANCER editorial office. Direct all correspondence for the post‐meeting journal supplement to the address listed below.
In order to comply with CANCER's submission guidelines for journal supplements, JWC COVENANT will coordinate all aspects of manuscript submissions, the peer review process and editorial review in preparation for an en masse submission to the journal at the completion of the process.
The following components are required for a complete manuscript: cover letter, title page, abstract, text, references, figure legends, publication quality figures, and tables. Include page numbers on the document, beginning with the title page as number 1. Please use standard 10‐ or 12‐point font size. Faculty must follow CANCER's instructions to authors for the submission of original articles and specifications for publication quality figures.
Electronic files of completed manuscripts must be submitted no later than September 15, 2008. Manuscript files may be uploaded through the link below; e-mailed to mahickey@jwccinc.com or mailed to the JWC Covenant address. Mailed copies must include an electronic copy on either DVD or USB device. If you have any technical problems, feel free to contact Mary Anne Hickey by email.
