Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts has been CLOSED.

If your abstract for this event has been accepted by the Planning Committee, your  Poster Presentation will be held during the Poster Session on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Lanier Grand Ballroom, Section I/L of the Hilton-Americas Hotel. 

Posters may be set up on Wednesday, September 24th between the hours of 4:30–8:30 PM or on Thursday, September 25th between 7:00–10:00 AM.

Poster boards will be provided by our show vendor, Freeman, and are 4 ft high and 8 ft wide. You will need to bring your own supplies for mounting your presentation on the official poster boards (Velcro or pushpins). If you wish to do so, you may leave your poster on display until the close of the conference at 4:00 PM on September 27th.
